The word itself - pinch - conjures up a sense of provocation {a little squeeze that makes you say “oooh!”}, a jolt that snaps you out of a reverie, or a small but important cooking instruction. Adding a pinch of something to a recipe makes the entire dish taste so much better, and that’s what we aim to do with every service we provide at your event.

Our beverage program has a cocktail and a package for every occasion.


We’ve carefully curated our beverage program to host domestic and imported beers, wines from around the world, and always premium spirits. An in-house mixologist rounds out the offerings with an impressive menu of specialty cocktails, using only fresh {and sometimes unexpected} ingredients, to create a drink for every occasion. Our Event Specialists will work with you to select the perfect package for your event.

Additionally, our craft cocktail division, TWIST, creates one-of-a-kind bar experiences that will leave lasting impressions with your guests. Working behind show-stopping bar furniture, designed around innovative mixology experiments, craft bartenders use premium spirits + unconventional techniques to engage guests, while capturing their imaginations {+ keeping their drinks full}. From artistic spins on classic cocktails to market-fresh infusions, + from craft beers on tap to wines dispensed from glass balons, Twist brings the kind of creativity typically reserved for the hottest new bars, straight to your party.

Our onsite team members are internally hired + trained to share in Pinch’s passion to deliver memorable experiences. With an entire department dedicated to staff allocation, all staff are expertly slotted based on their skills, strengths, and the details of the event. We encourage our staff to be an onsite representation of our client’s brand, for a seamless transition from planning to party. Our highly experienced onsite leaders have seen it all, and utilize that wealth of knowledge and experience to hustle and make it happen. Let us be that welcoming face at the check in kiosk or that helpful smile at the coffee bar - we work both with, and for you. 

Our staff uniform has several variations ranging from modern to polished - just like your event. We have a full roster of waiters, coat check attendants, bartenders, mixologists, bussers, and culinary associates who are eager to embody the spirit of your gathering.

Our Event Producers will leave no stone unturned in their pursuit of a perfect event. Our team has been trained to dot every i and cross every t - to walk through the guest experience 100 different ways to make sure that all bases are covered. When you decide to work with Pinch, you don’t only sign on for delicious food and stunning presentation - you also hire a team of party partners to work behind the scenes to make sure everything goes off without a hitch.

Our Chef-driven culinary program hosts a globally trained team that uses only the freshest, local and seasonal ingredients, to create hors d’oeuvres, small plates, and seated courses that are as visually stunning as they are delicious. With menu options to satisfy any event format, our Event Specialists will work with you to take your guests on a culinary journey they won’t soon forget.

At Pinch, we take hors d’oeuvres very seriously, delivering an entire plate’s worth of taste and an entire party’s worth of pleasure in one single bite. As the leading Food Designers in the world of catering, our mission is to dream up solutions to catering “problems” that have long been accepted as the status quo. Our food and beverage furniture pieces are as pleasing to the eye as they are functional, meant to enhance and elevate existing event aesthetics, and provide additional wow-moments for your brand on social media and beyond.

Whether you’re hosting a cocktail party or conference, dinner party or wedding, any event can uniquely benefit from the inclusion of interactive, multi-purpose design experiences. To compliment and serve your chosen menu, our design department will hand-select from our inventory of custom-fabricated trays, pack enough of Pinch’s proprietary utensils for all your guests, wrap and pack pop-up and interaction furniture like our 10’ long, expandable pizza box or miniature, tiled swimming pool, and personally check that all maracas you’ll use to smash your first course, still make just the right amount of music. We’ll help you to create an undeniable buzz that will radiate through the room, and remind your guests that it’s {sometimes} encouraged to play with your food.

It’s not all corporate conferences and non-profit galas for us at Pinch! Making your wedding dreams come true is one of our favorite parts of the job. Whether it be a seated dinner or floating reception, a 20-guest micro affair or 300-guest blowout, our Wedding Specialists will work with you to select the perfect menu and service plan.

Our team handles all four elements of hospitality production as it relates to weddings and events: food, beverage, staff, and rentals. Menu options span the globe and come in an infinite number of configurations. Our specialty cocktail list covers all tastes and moods, and couples will surely find something to fit their personalities. Staff is onsite to set up your vision, serve your guests with a smile, and fully breakdown the event, all so you can simply show up to your own party, have the time of your life, and sleep well when it’s all over.

We coordinate rentals through one of our trusted Party Rental partners, and work with you to ensure that every linen, glass, and butter knife is representative of your aesthetic. We also have an inventory of Pinch-designed and fabricated bars, hors d’oeuvres trays, and buffet vessels that will be hand-picked for your event based on your overall look and chosen menu.
